Payment Policy for Winter 2025
BOOKINGS INSIDE 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL: Full payment required (non-refundable) – payment required within 48 hours of booking date.
BOOKINGS OUTSIDE 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL: 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the booking. Free cancellation permitted up to 31 days prior to arrival, where the deposit will be refunded, less a 15% administration fee of the total accomodation cost.
BREAKFAST INCLUDED. The room rates include full hot & continental breakfast.
Minimum night stay for Winter 2025 – 3 nights apart from July school holidays 2025, which will be a 5 night minimum.
Three Peaks Challenge Event 2025
- BOOKINGS INSIDE 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL: Full payment required (non-refundable) – payment required within 48 hours of booking date.
- FINAL PAYMENT REQUIRED 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE. Remaining balance required at 30 prior to arrival.
- BOOKINGS OUTSIDE 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL: 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. If cancelled before 30 days prior to arrival, 50% deposit is non-refundable.
- BREAKFAST INCLUDED. The room rates include full hot & continental breakfast.
Minimum night stay for 3 Peaks 2025 – 3 nights.

We accept VISA and MASTERCARD cards with a 1.5% surcharge.

Astra does not guarantee specific rooms allocations for bookings, however we can take requests and will endeavour to place you in your desired room.
10am is check out time. Late check-out up to 11am is at the discretion of the Hotel Manager and must be requested the night before check out. If you over stay without communicating with reception a $250.00 fee will be applied to your booking.
Room degradation (e.g. smoking, cooking smells, red wine spills etc) a $300.00 cleaning fee will be charged per night, plus any professional floor cleaning charges at cost, plus a daily room tariff equal to the daily tariff that we would charge if the room was available to be let or any other rate that may be agreed to by the management, in accordance with business demand on the day, until the said room has been returned to its saleable condition.
*Please note that in our rooms with cooking facilities you are not able to bring your own appliances to use during your stay such as gas stove top due to fire safety restrictions. The only exception permitted is a rice cooker.
**Please note that we are a winter only venue, apart from opening for the 3 Peaks cycling event March Labour Day weekend, otherwise we are closed the rest of the year.
Betty’s Place – How your donation can help
Astra Falls Creek is proud to be supporting this wonderful women’s refuge, located in Albury. Betty’s Place provides accommodation for women and their children, who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or escaping family and domestic violence. As part of our initiative, $5.00 will be automatically added to your guest account. Your donation is greatly appreciated and will help those most vulnerable in our community get the support and assistance they need. Should you wish to have this charge removed, then please contact reception to request this.

Cancellation Policy
Appointment changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of the treatment time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Group cancellations are subject to policies as noted in the individual group contracts.
Arrival To Appointments
Please arrive 10 mins prior to your appointment unless you would like to use our spa facilities. Late arrival will result in reduced time on your service.
