Seumas, Rosy and the whole Astra family are thrilled to announce for the 4th consecutive year, Astra has scooped “The Best Ski Boutique Hotel in Australia” award at the 2019 World Ski Awards in Kitzbuhel, Austria. Also, honoured to be named in the top 3 “The Best Ski Boutique Hotel in the World” category.
We are incredibly grateful and proud of all the Astra family, especially our Suppliers, Housekeepers, Operations and Transport Crew, Chefs, Bar and Front of House team, to the professional leadership of our GM, Shannon Exelby.
The Astra team would not be in Austria collecting this coveted prize if it wasn’t for all our wonderful guests. With gratitude and a heartfelt thank you, we look forward to welcoming new and old friends in season 2020 at Astra, Falls Creek.

Deluxe rooms starting from $346 per night on a 2 night minimum stay excluding 3 Peaks Challenge 8th to 12th March. Enjoy a daily hot breakfast, use of our heated magnesium mineral pool, sauna, spa, steam room, library and kids room. Astra Bar & Restaurant will also be from 3pm for tapas followed by a delicious seasonal dinner menu from 6pm. The Astra Day Spa will also operate by appointment only.
