Australian Alpine Skier
Greta, a three-time Olympic Alpine Skier and Australia’s top-ranked Alpine Skier, finished 13th at the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics. As a homegrown talent who honed her skills on the slopes of Falls Creek, it’s thrilling to see such remarkable talent emerge from our own mountain.
At Astra, we are dedicated to supporting local talent in everything we do. Partnering with Greta on her ski racing journey is a source of immense pride for us.

“My favourite stop on the tour, I’m lucky enough to be staying at the gorgeous Chateau Lake Louise while racing at the @fisalpine Ski World Cup. After skiing nothing beats drinks at the Lake view lounge or a walk around the lake, and when in Canada always enjoy maple syrup on pancakes.”

“A special place for me as I learnt to ski here, it’s a full circle moment to be back for my first World Cup on the O.K Slope! Australia has a special history in Val d’Isere winning our first ever Winter sports medal here, although not to be this year I’ll be back for more 😉.
The town is magical and you can ski all day on a different runs or hit the epic backcountry there’s something for everyone. It also has my all-time favourite bakery or boulangerie Maison Chevallot.”
