ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! Loved our entire stay… From the moment we walked in we were greeted by divine host Monica and their personal attention and kindness was unlike anything we’ve ever experienced in snow accommodation in Australia. It was definitely 5 star in every way. We loved it and our kids loved it. We will be back! 10 out of 10! The rooms and every detail, the super comfy bed, the stunning bathroom and the buffet breakfast! Just faultless!

This resort was incredible. It made the snow a very comfortable experience. The rooms were clean, the restaurant was amazing, the location was good - but what made this hotel so fantastic was the wonderful staff who provided the best service and were so friendly. We felt special as guests at Astra.

My daughter and I both enjoyed a massage and facial by Sienna and it was up there with the best. She was professional, personable and had great technique she really got into the hotspots and worked out a lot of serious knots. We both just loved the whole experience

With good reason this hotel is best boutique ski hotel in Australia. It was quite possibly one of the best hotel stays we've ever had - and we've travelled extensively. The property itself is beautiful with all the amenities you need for a skiing holiday - locker/drying room, spa, sauna, pool and day spa. The restaurant was also excellent, as were the staff. Rarely does a place get every aspect right, but Astra does - which is what made our stay so special. We'll be back.

I loved that some of the staff called us by name (including our children). It felt very personal. I loved the Children’s lounge opposite the restaurant bar and that the restaurant staff were happy to deliver food to the children in there. It allowed us adults to enjoy a drink or dinner in the evenings without feeling rushed. I loved the fire place and cozy nature of the restaurant/bar. I also loved the boot/locker rooms! Very handy! There was just so much to love.
