Your relaxing Astra spa experience can start in the pool exclusively for 45 minutes only before your spa treatment

The heated pool, infused with soothing magnesium salts, the heated spa pool, steam room and sauna are available to further relax the body and mind. Please see our concierge team upon arrival.

Hairdressing

After a day on the slopes, there is nothing better than sitting back and relaxing with a herbal tea or glass of champagne while Michelle works her magic.

Maybe you would like a day off skiing and would rather a cut and colour or simply a wash and blow dry to banish your helmet hair. Whatever you need, Michelle has you covered.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings require a deposit. Appointment changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of the treatment time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Group cancellations are subject to policies as noted in the individual group contracts.

After hours requests

If you don’t want to miss a minute of your day, we offer in house guests an opportunity to schedule an out of hours spa treatment from 7pm – 10pm.

Should you wish to schedule any spa treatment outside our operating hours, please contact our concierge team. Additional surcharges apply to all spa appointments.

Spa Access

If you’re not staying at Astra but would like a Spa appointment during the winter season, enjoy complimentary access to our pool facilities for 45 minutes before your treatment, if you book any facial or massage treatment.

Take advantage of our famous heated pool, spa, steam room and sauna.
