Her journey began in Germany, where she started in beer gardens and has since evolved to managing prestigious 5-star hotels and hatted restaurants worldwide.
Now based in Australia, Cass has transitioned from the tropical island of Hayman on the Great Barrier Reef to the picturesque snow-capped mountains of Falls Creek.
With a deep passion for food, wine, and cheese, and a commitment to creating unforgettable guest experiences, Cass’s expertise and enthusiasm are integral to our team.
