Begin your relaxing Astra spa experience with exclusive access to our pool for 45 minutes before your treatment.

Enjoy the heated pool, infused with soothing magnesium salts, along with the heated spa pool, steam room, and sauna – all designed to further relax your body and mind. In-house guests also enjoy complimentary access to these facilities throughout their stay. Please consult our concierge team upon arrival for more details.

Whether you need a stylish cut and colour, a wash and blow wave to refresh your look, or simply a break from skiing, our hairdressers have you covered.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings require a deposit. Appointment changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of the treatment time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Group cancellations are subject to policies as noted in the individual group contracts.

After hours requests

To ensure you don’t miss a moment of your day, we offer in-house guests the option to schedule spa treatments outside our regular hours, from 7pm to 10pm.

If you would like to book a spa treatment during these extended hours, please contact our concierge team. Please note that additional surcharges apply to all out-of-hours spa appointments.

Spa Access

If you’re not staying at Astra but would like to book a spa appointment during the winter season, enjoy complimentary access to our pool facilities for 45 minutes before your treatment with any facial or massage booking.

Make the most of our renowned heated pool, spa, steam room, and sauna.
